1. How much does it cost to use CargoSoup.com?If you are looking for freight to transport, it is $20.00 per month. If you are looking for local carpools, it is $20.00 per month. To post freight or carpools, it is completely free! 2. How do I sign-up?Simply click on the "Sign Up" button aboe. After you create an account and log in, you may subscribe to the carpool and freight searching services on your account page. 3. What methods of payment does CargoSoup.com accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal and American Express. 4. Does CargoSoup.com have a contract?No, we do not have a contract. Accounts are on a month to month basis. After your one month subscription, you simply re-subscribe. 5. How does CargoSoup.com work?
CargoSoup.com is a freight matching service. The loads posted on our board are from brokers and shippers. To post loads or carpools, you have to create a free account. To search for available loads you will have to subscribe with your account. It is free to post both freights and/or carpools, but to access posted freights, there is a $20 monthly fee. Once you have setup a username and password, login to the website and proceed as follows: 6. What kinds of loads are posted on your load board?The majority of loads posted on our board are small loads. CargoSoup.com posts loads designed for cargo vans and cars. They can vary from a few small boxes to 4 pallets. 7. How do I retrieve my username and password?If you have forgotten your username or password, click on either the "Sign Up" or "Log In" menu buttons at the top and fill out the appropriate section of the form. If a page comes up that says username not found and you have multiple email accounts, you might have used a different email address when creating the account. 8. How do I get paid?You will work out payment arrangements with the broker/shipper when you call to check load availability. Payment arrangements are made directly with the broker/shipper who posted the load(s). CargoSoup.com does not get involved with payment arrangements. 9. What is the pay rate for loads posted on CargoSoup.com?CargoSoup.com has no control on what the pay rate is for the load(s) posted on our board. The rate of pay is determined by the broker/shipper posting the load(s). There are too many variables for us to determine a rate of pay, each load is going to be different.
